I lead an engineering team and spend a lot of my time thinking about how AI actually lands inside a real organization and life — not the demo, but the part where it touches code, tickets, and people. The actual practical application of AI in daily routine, where use of LLM goes beyond coders and writer and cross the threshold separating hype toy and common life tool.
Outside of that, I build things the way I like them: small surface area, native where possible, opinionated where it matters.
I do them to help myself and others close to me.
